The Mission is currently requesting proposals for the following solicitations:

Dear Potential Offerors,
U.S. Embassy Skopje has a requirement for a contractor to provide electric switchgear repairs. You are invited to submit quotes. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of:
RFQ number 19MK8023Q0031-Schneider electric switchgear repairs-upgrade with standard clauses included.
19MK8023Q0031-A0001 Solicitation Amendment to extend due date for proposals.
19MK8023Q0031-A0002 Solicitation Amendment to extend due date for proposals.
The Embassy will award purchase order with the supplies or services being assigned to the contractor on the lowest price basis. If you are unable to quote, please so indicate on this form and return it to the address in Block 9. This request does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation or to contract for supplies or services. Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated by quoter. Any representations and/or certifications attached to this Request for Quotations must be completed by the quoter.
Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-1449 to me via e-mail, fax, or mail by date/time specified in block 8. Oral quotes will not be accepted.

Housing
The U.S. Embassy in Skopje on occasion has a need to rent safe, secure, and well maintained residential properties (houses and apartments) from responsible landlords. The properties must be in good condition and the landlord must be willing to bring their property up to U.S. Government safety, security, and maintenance standards and agree to maintain the property. The owner must also be willing to sign a long-term lease (up to nine years) with competitive rates. If you have a property that may meet these guidelines and are interested in renting your property, please send us a description of the property with photos and the floor plans with your offer and provide us with your contact information at HousingS@state.gov or contact us at 02 310-2305- 02 310-2075.

Vendor Registration Instructions
U.S. Embassy Skopje is pleased to announce online applications for vendor’s registration with the U.S. Government. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 4.11—System for Award Management (SAM) requires that all prospective contractors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a contract or agreements.
In order to do business with U.S. Embassy Skopje, your company must be DUNS, NCAGE and SAM registered. The instructions follow:
